The Scottie Memorial Scholarship
Scott had many things that made his "Scottie". He was positive, empathetic, protective, confident, energetic and community oriented. When it came to his peers and sports, he wanted everyone to feel valued and included acknowledging them by cheer, fist bumps, or with his signature smile showing respect.
In his memory, the Legg family has committed to a memorial scholarship in the amount of $500 to a member of the Kingston Panthers Rugby Club and will be pursing post-secondary education.
In order to qualify, members must be currently registered and active within the Kingston Panthers Rugby Club, and heading to post-secondary this fall.
Applicants must submit the following to [email protected]:
* Letter of Recommendation (Coach, Minister, or other member/volunteer within the Kingston Panthers RFC).
*Submit a paragraph about your Rugby experience.
* Confirmation of post-secondary acceptance
The deadline to apply is August 25, 2023, the recipient who is chosen will be announced August 28, 2023
