U8 & U10 Minor Co-Ed Rugby, non-contact
Wednesday evenings at LaSalle SS 5:30-7pm + various weekend tournaments 
Starting May 20th
U12 & U14 Boys and Girls Introduction to Contact Rugby; learn to tackle and be tackled safely, 
TBC evenings at LaSalle SS 5:30pm-7pm + various weekend tournaments
Starting May 21st
U16 & U18 Boys and Girls Contact Rugby; Ontario Provincial and Eastern Ontario League play June - Aug
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at LaSalle SS 5:30pm-7pm 
Starting May 26th
Senior Men Contact; Eastern Ontario Div 1 & 2 plus Academy (come learn to play) May - Aug
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at LaSalle SS 6:30pm-8:30pm 
Starting in April at St Lawrence College; May 21st at La Salle SS
Senior Women Contact; OWL Championship 1st and 2nd XV  May - Aug
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at LaSalle SS 7pm-8:30pm
