Senior Women's Rugby Information

Kingston Panthers has a thriving Senior Women's team. In 2024 the Senior Women will offer two registration options: 

● Option 1 - Sr. Women’s Contact, playing in the EORU

● Option 2 - Senior Women’s 12 week non-contact (touch) league
○ REGISTER HERE FOR WOMEN’S Non-Contact TOUCH

Program Details 

Sr. Women’s Contact Rugby - 19+ (2005 and older)

● Training - Tuesdays and Thursdays April - August 1st 

○ Thursdays will be in conjunction with women’s touch league starting May 16th 

○ Pre-season training will occur at St. Lawrence College 

○ Training moves to LaSalle Secondary School May 16th 

● Games - Saturdays starting May 4th, through July 31st 

● Fee: $380.00 including Rugby Canada/Rugby Ontario insurance through April 2024

Senior Women’s Non-Contact (touch) 12 Week program 18+ (2006 and older)
● Date - May 16th through August 1st - 

● Time - 7:00-8:30 pm 

● Location - LaSalle Secondary School 

● Format - 7:00-7:30 skills 7:30-8:30 non-contact games 

● Fee - $100.00 insurance coverage is only for May 16 through August 1st, exclusively non-contact registration - includes shirt
